On Purpose Collective is a community for people who are doing meaningful things in the world and want to do them surrounded by people who are doing the same.
We are committed to purpose and pleasure. Leadership and play. Big visions, bold actions, and success- well as fear, grief, anger, and everything else that makes us human. We make room for all of our selves, and lean on one another to challenge, support, and make big things happen.
We're interested in what happens when remarkable people stop pretending they can carry everything alone - and start building lives, businesses, art, community and movements together, with more wholeness, freedom, and aliveness.

Sharing resources, skills, connections, support + showing up for one another when things are difficult.
We're practicing now what will eventually be in our permanent home.

Our vision is to create a permanent home for On Purpose Collective in the Bay Area- a place where inspired community practices the principles in everyday life.
Purpose. Community. Interdependence. Joy. Pleasure. Embodiment. Play. Radical Aliveness.
Morning movement in the yard. Cooking beside people who are building things you believe in. Embodiment retreats, deep dive workshops, art, and leadership development. Dinner that turn into music and dancing. Conversations over morning tea that lead to collaborations. People to celebrate with when something amazing happens, and people to hold you in your grief, when life feels difficult.
We want to build a place where we don't have to do life- or our biggest dreams- alone.
And we're actively working to make it real. We're currently talking with prospective investors about purchasing a property in Oakland that could become our first permanent home. If this vision lights something up in you and you want to help make it happen, reach out.

We're raising money to support Nestor's immigration legal fees. Nestor is an integral part of our community, the founder’s partner and supporter, and someone who will help bring this next chapter of On Purpose Collective to life.

WHY I’M BUILDING THIS
I've spent most of my life asking what it would look like if people didn't have to carry life alone.
I grew up feeling deeply lonely and like something was missing. I've spent my adult life moving through education, activism, entrepreneurship and community building, creating the sense of belonging I longed for myself.
I've watched extraordinary people build businesses, raise families, heal others and change their communities while quietly carrying far too much alone.
I believe another way is possible: that we can do big things in a way that is more connected, more joyful, more interdependent, more fun, and more alive.
On Purpose Collective is my attempt to build that place.
