Hi, I’m Lily.

My journey to this work began with a near-death experience in 2015, which sparked a profound phase of clearing out—both internally and externally. During this time, I launched Open Space Design, a holistic decluttering business supporting people to release what no longer serves them, and I did a lot of shadow work myself. I got to know my “clutter” VERY well during that time, and I supported hundreds of people to do the same! But I realized I was stuck in clearing the past instead of creating the future I wanted.

At a low point, I called out to the universe, “I’m ready—help me release what’s holding me back!” And the universe answered. Within weeks, I experienced massive loss (my home, a significant romantic relationship, two close friendships, my co-parenting arrangement, and a full-time client) but also profound clarity. With the support of a community of conscious creators, I shifted my mindset and stepped fully into my magic. From there, Open Space Design quadrupled its impact and profit in just two months, and On Purpose Coaching and Collective were born.

The founding belief behind my work is that you have unique magic to create in the world—and there’s no need to wait for the “perfect time.” Most of us spend our lives waiting for the “right” time to step into it. With over 10 years of experience as a business owner, coach, and consultant, I blend intuition, strategy, and play to help you connect with your inner wisdom and achieve your goals. My background includes advanced training as a mindfulness instructor, Somatica Sex and Relationship training, and licensed social worker. I’ve worked with small businesses, creatives, start-ups, and mission-driven organizations, always bringing energy, heart, and a hands-on approach.
